Helpful staff who spoke good English and the tea making facilities which is unusual for a French hotel.
The breakfast was pricey for what was available.

I loved the elegant-style building and the clean room with a comfy double bed.

When looking for a hotel where I could stay during a conference at Palais des Congres, my priorities were to be within walking distance, have free wireless internet, a desk on which I can work and a tea/coffee maker in the room. And this is what I really got.
The price was too high for a rather small room without breakfast.

The Staff were helpful and knew English. The rooms were extremely clean and the hotel was very close to Metro and rer train stations making it easy to commute.
No willing to accomodate early check-in. The rate did not include Breakfast.

The restaurant serves tasty food. the breakfast includes scrambled eggs, mixed fruit, and sausage. - the location is unbeatable and excellent, close to central attractions. - Adjacent to the subway, Porte Maillot/Palais des Congrès, and Roissy for catching early morning flights.

Close to the center, room was decent, preferred the standard room and not deluxe althought the deluxe room had a balcony which was nice
The cupboard space in the deluxe room was very small, the noise on saturday night from the street below was quite loud

The place was clean and ideal. the staff at the reception desk were extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating. Its location was unbeatable and magnificent, near many good restaurants, in a nice safe area. We stayed for 3 nights here and loved the 17th arrondissement district.

Location: only moments from the metro station. Only two stops from the Champs Elyess. There are a number of nice local restaurants in the area too if your legs are too tired after all the sightseeing. For Paris; the hotel is a good standard and the windows are great at keeping out the noise of the streets below (which is a rarity in many central hotels).
The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Quick and easy check in and check out - hotel was easy to find from Metro and receptionist was very pleasant - room was finewith a good sized bathroom and although the room was situated right next to the lift it was quiet and a good nights sleep was had.

Convenient location for Paris Marathon and sightseeing, 5 min walk to metro. Friendly staff, clean rooms with modern bathrooms and great showers. Supermarket nearby. Loved the lobby and room decorations, although tight on space. Helpful staff informed us about airport shuttle. Recommend to all. 👍

Excellent location: a few steps from Congress Centre and AirFrance bus stop to cdg airport; 5 minutes to metro station, good neighborhood, safe and easy acess to hotel even late at night. Kind and helpful, and smiling staff.... Very good buffet breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. Clean bathroom, towels and linen...
Though a little french 'touch' is felt all around the place...not bothering, just to remind you that you are in Paris: a little cigarette smoke sneaking in from next door, messed up door-codes, noise at night..and last but not least: rooms (club double....) are really very very very tiny: barely bigger than the bed....one of us had to sit on the bed with legs up, if the other wanted to get out to the bathroom, and absolutely zero room for luggage, and no closet or hangers for clothes at all.Now all this sounds like a negative opinion, but the truth is, that with all the above inconvenience, the hotel is a charming and friendly place, for a reasonable price with parisian standards, and I recommend it to everyone who needs a clean, safe, easily accessible hotel in Paris, but prefers a small, homey place with a french feeling. We had a great time at La Villa des Ternes, and we will definitely return!!!
